| Personal Bio | Fahzy Abdul-Rahman is the Extension Family Resource Management Specialist at New Mexico State University. He attained his Ph.D. and M.P.H. from the Ohio State University. His Extension programs are focused on various personal finance topics from basic banking to retirement planning. He manages off-campus educational programs and projects on personal finance and other household resource management. His researches and responsibilities have focused on Social Media usage among educators, payment methods/tools (debit card, credit card, debt), teacher-university faculty collaboration, personal finance hot topics, social media usage for education, survey, website management, and evaluation (e.g. Google Analytics, online survey tools, statistics). He also has extensive experience with survey research covers survey management, survey quality control, sampling weights creation, statistical analysis, and research - mainly for a nationally-represented complex survey, Consumer Finance Monthly for three years. |
